Unauthorized use of this site or its contents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action for damages, and/or be prosecuted as a criminal offense under applicable laws.

Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable 60% deposit.
Once confirmed and paid, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified due to the custom nature of our products.
The customer is fully responsible for reviewing and approving the final quote before order confirmation. Deetu Smarthome Solutions is not liable for errors in client-provided specifications.
A 60% advance payment is required to initiate production.
The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the scheduled installation date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in delays, service suspension, or legal recovery of dues with interest and fees.
Installation is scheduled based on product readiness and customer coordination.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access and readiness of the site. Our team will not be liable for damage to any objects left in the installation area.
Our installers are prohibited from performing any non-installation related tasks.
Removal of existing blinds/windows is not included unless explicitly agreed. Additional fees apply for removal and cleanup.
Rescheduling requires 48 hours' prior notice; short-notice reschedules may incur fees.
Most products carry a limited manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year). Specific warranty terms depend on the product and will be detailed in your order documentation.
The warranty does not cover: misuse or abuse; improper installation by third parties; unauthorized modifications; power surges affecting motorized units; or accidental or intentional damage.
Repair requests outside warranty coverage will be billed to the customer.
Due to the custom-built nature of our blinds and smart solutions, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted once the order is confirmed and deposit is received.
All sales are final and binding after confirmation.
In no event shall Deetu Smarthome Solutions, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
Our total liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
All content, including logos, text, designs, images, and code, is the exclusive property of Deetu Smarthome Solutions, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reproduction or redistribution without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal enforcement.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cumming, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
