Deetu Smarthome Solutions, LLC Warranty & Non-Refund Policy

Custom Order Terms and Conditions

By placing an order for custom products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy All custom orders are final and cannot be canceled, modified, replaced or refunded for any reason once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. As these products are custom-made to the customer’s specifications, they are uniquely tailored and cannot be resold or repurposed, making cancellations or refunds impractical.

Advance Payment Requirement To initiate production, an advance payment of sixty percent (60%) of the total purchase price is required. This advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion and installation of the order.

Consumer Rights Compliance This policy is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing custom and personalized products, which acknowledge that items specifically made to individual requirements are not subject to cancellation or refund rights that apply to standard retail purchases.

Order Commitment Acknowledgment By proceeding with payment, the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts the non-cancellation and non-refundable terms outlined herein.

Limited Warranty Statement

Effective Date: Commencing on the date of installation.

Warranty Coverage: The manufacturer provides the following warranty coverage for this product:

Fabric: A limited warranty of one (1) year covering defects in mechanical components and manufacturing workmanship.

Matter Motors: A limited warranty of three (3) years covering defects arising from manufacturing flaws.

Matter-Motor-Hub and Remote: A limited warranty of one (1) year covering defects related to manufacturing.

Exclusions: This limited warranty shall not cover the following circumstances:

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, liquid spills, improper re-installation, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.

Damage caused by electrical surges, power fluctuations, environmental factors, or acts of nature.

Normal wear and tear or deterioration due to regular use.

Post-Warranty Service

Upon expiration of the warranty period, repairs or replacements will be available at the customer’s expense. Such services shall be subject to applicable charges, including but not limited to the cost of replacement parts and installation fees.

Disclaimer

This warranty is limited to the terms expressly set forth herein and is provided in lieu of any other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Deetu Smarthome Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product.
